About

Currently a 4th year at the Canadian College for Naturopathic Medicine I believe that staying healthy on all levels (physical, social, emotional and spiritual) is the key to well-being.

I’m a strong believer of intuitive health; healing yourself through self awareness and support of your body’s natural healing abilities.   With the proper knowledge we can be inspired to engage in healthy change and empowered to realize those changes.

Life will always be full of unexpected curveballs, but that doesn’t mean we can’t prepare ourselves for them. By continuously working to stay healthy we give ourselves the strength to take on the surprises that keep life interesting.

What I love

“I like to point out that our nature is basically compassionate because we are social animals. What brings us together is love and affection.”        -Dalai Lama

I am passionate about the people I surround myself with as they inspire me to become a better person. I believe that respect is the foundation of sharing a therapeutic relationship and everyday I am greatful to my patients who show me how strong we can be and how much progress can be achieved once our hearts are set on something.

My Interests

I am interested in working with the elderly population who I believe have a lot to share and is being underserved by the existing health system.  I am also learning more about treating autoimmune conditions and understanding why some of our bodies have turned against us and what can be done to establish a healthy partnership between us and our bodies again.
